The following documents and information are required for recording of a license agreement:

Documents:

1.   Powers of Attorney from the Licensor or Licensee, which are duly notarized. No legalization is required;

2.   Two original/certified copies of the license agreement;

3.   A copy of the Patent for Invention/Utility Solution/Industrial Design or Certificate of Trademark Registration.

Information:

1.   The License Agreement should include the following obligatory contents:

Ø Full name and address of the Licensor and Licensee;

Ø Details of the licensed subject;

Ø Scope of the License;

Ø Type of the License (exclusive/non-exclusive);

Ø Price of the License;

Ø Rights and obligations of each party;

Ø Conditions for amendment, termination and invalidation of the license;

Ø Method of settlement of disputes;

Ø Signing date and place;

Ø Notarized signatures by the authorized representatives of both Licensor and Licensee.
